David has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1987.

He gained experience with Baker Tilly, a top 20 firm in Manchester ensuring compliance in all aspects of auditing, providing assistance in grants, raising finance, producing business plans and marketing businesses for sale.

In 1994 David established a private practice prior to merger with Harts LLP (formerly Hart Shaw). In his current role he specialises within the larger client base enhancing the clients’ organisations by providing a “hands-on” approach in a proactive manner. Focus areas include value added services, growth, acquisitions, finance raising and business planning.
