Fraud – investigating suspected fraud

If you have concerns about any of the financial aspects of your business, the risk of fraud, or you suspect fraud, we can investigate your concerns and establish the facts. We will report our findings to you and can advise you in respect of any further action you may consider. We can assist in tracing and recovery of funds. We can also prepare information for the Police or other prosecuting authorities. We have considerable experience in presenting our findings as evidence in Court and therefore we are able to present the information to the prosecuting authority in such a manner that it will be useful to them. This may mean that your case receives more prompt attention from the appropriate authority.

Fraud – criminal defence

We can advise those charged with criminal offences. We can investigate and examine the case against them, report on its strengths and weaknesses and, if appropriate, provide accounting advice to the defence team.
